"Man At Arms" recreates iconic weapons

Ever wondered what your favorite character's weapons would look like if they were made in real life? Blacksmith Tony Swalton runs a weapons forge and has created props for "over 200 feature films" and has begun hosting a weekly web-series entitled Man at Arms. Every Monday, a new episode featuring Tony and his team as they forge, shape, and detail fully functional replicas of famous weapons from TV, film and even video games. Man at Arms is  an "AWE me" production and episodes can be found on their youtube channel.
"Every week our master swordsmith and renowned propmaster, Tony Swatton, forges iconic weapons using high-speed belt grinders, scorching furnaces, and pounding power hammers. Then he takes his weapon to the streets to bust up some stuff."
Tony Swalton and his team have created and recreated thousands of battle equipment at his Sword and Stone shop from weapons to armor to costume props. Be sure to check out the galleries of the armory.

To date, Tony and his team have recreated two iconic Nintendo pieces which I've shown below. But there have been countless other recreations whose origins lie in video games as well as television and movies.

Pokémon X and Y - Mega Pokémon reveal trailer

For the longest time, the image of a slightly altered Mewtwo had fans baffled as to what it was about. Was it an evolution? A form change? A completely different Pokémon entirely? Well the answers have finally arrived. First seen in Coro Coro Magazine, Game Freak has finally come public with a video trailer explaining it all: Mega Pokémon Evolution. And this is a huge new mechanic for the Pokémon world.

Although not much has yet been said about the inclusion of Mega Evolution in the game, there have been 6 confirmed Pokémon to have the ability to Mega Evolve. It appears that this is a battle only transformation where a Pokémon holding a Mega Stone will temporally transform into their mega form. The confirmed Pokémon are Mewtwo, Lucario, Blazekin, Mawile, Ampharos, and Absol. Kangaskhan has also been confirmed.
